Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Data & Journeys Specialist with strong expertise in Customer Data Platform (CDP) capabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for unifying customer data, managing identity resolution, building customer segments, configuring enrichment models, and enabling personalized customer journeys. This role focuses on creating a holistic Customer 360 view, improving data quality, and driving actionable insights through Dynamics 365 Customer Insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Data & Journeys.
- Manage and optimize the Customer Data Platform (CDP) for unified and actionable customer data.
- Configure identity resolution, deduplication, and creation of golden records.
- Set up and maintain data unification processes to build a complete Customer 360 profile.
- Create and optimize segments, measures, KPIs, and customer insights.
- Configure and manage enrichment models to improve customer profiling and prediction accuracy.
- Build and manage event triggers to support personalized customer journeys in real-time.
- Set up and monitor data ingestion connectors within Dynamics 365 CI (Data) to integrate data from multiple sources.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to translate business requirements into CI configurations.
- Ensure high data quality, compliance, and reliability across all CI implementations.
- Strong experience working with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Data & Journeys.
- Deep understanding of Customer Data Platform (CDP) architecture and concepts.
- Hands-on expertise in identity resolution, deduplication techniques, and golden record management.
- Proficiency in data unification, mapping, and creation of Customer 360 views.
- Ability to build segments, measures, enrichment models, and event-based triggers.
- Experience working with data ingestion connectors, data transformation, and integration workflows.
- Good understanding of databases, data modeling, and relational data structures.
- Familiarity with real-time marketing, journey orchestration, and event-triggered automation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with Dynamics 365 ecosystem, Azure data tools, or Microsoft certifications.
