We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Software Engineer (Front-end) with 4-5 years of experience to join our fast-paced and growing team.

The ideal candidate should have expertise in Front-end services development using JS, NodeJS & ReactJS with a passion for solving complex technical challenges. Experience or familiarity with AI models and related technologies is a plus.

What you'll do:

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining Microservices using TypeScript, React, Material UI and NodeJS or Python.
• Designing and developing cloud based software products conforming to industry best practices.
• Build systems, services, and tools to handle new Ocrolus products and business requirements that securely scale over millions of transactions.
• Build and scale our fast-growing online services and data pipelines.
• Collaborate with other teams on security, reliability, and automation.
• Supporting the testing process, troubleshooting issues and resolving them.
  
  

Who we're looking for: (Skill Sets and Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years engineering experience.
• Expert in Front-end development using various technologies
• Solid knowledge and experience of working with ReactJS, Javascript, NodeJS, Material UI, Typescript
• Experience of database skills (Postgres, MySQL etc) would be great to have
• Experience and knowledge of Python will be greatly appreciated
• Experience with Frameworks like the React JS based Ecosystem
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Can contribute best-practices and architectural leadership to our frontend and backend applications and help pick the architecture, frameworks and tooling for our next generation platform.
• Experience leading and owning projects from beginning to end.
• Familiarity with containerisation, microservices architecture, continuous integration, Amazon Web Services and deployment.
