Senior Software Engineer - Golang/Python

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Golang and Python, a strong foundation in system design, and a deep understanding of AI-driven systems. In this role, you will design and build scalable backend services, integrate AI models, and drive architectural decisions to ensure system efficiency, reliability, and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-performance backend services using Golang and Python.
• Architect and implement scalable, high-performance microservices for AI-driven applications.
• Work closely with AI/ML teams to integrate AI models into production systems.
• Build and maintain efficient APIs and data pipelines for AI workflows.
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and security through strong system design principles.
• Work with databases (MongoDB, Postgres, Pinecone Vector DB) and implement caching strategies (Redis).
• Optimize performance of large-scale data processing pipelines.
• Contribute to technical discussions, design reviews, and system architecture decisions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while following best practices in software development.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in backend development with Golang and Python.
• Strong knowledge of system design, distributed systems, and microservices architecture.
• Experience working with AI/ML models in production environments.
• Proficiency in REST APIs, WebSockets, MQTT, RabbitMQ, and WebHooks.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Nginx, and Envoy for scalable deployments.
• Experience with AWS (S3, Lambda, EC2, EKS, Textract, SQS, ECR, CloudFront) and GCP cloud services.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (GitHub, GitLab, Jira) and agile development practices.
• Hands-on experience with databases (MongoDB, MySQL, Pinecone Vector DB) and caching mechanisms like Redis.
