Primary Responsibilities:

• Leading a team building and supporting with a focus on quality, performance, scalability, and resilience
• Manages and is accountable for professional employees and/or supervisors
• Collaborate with the team on application architecture design and decision-making
• Constantly look at Performance & Security aspects and propose architectural solution for security vulnerabilities
• Continuously evaluating team workload and capacity and providing timely information concerning throughput and resource needs
• Leading and participating in planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation activities
• Directing day-to-day development activities for a team of data professionals
• Closely working Business Teams, Onshore partners, deployment and infrastructure teams
• Developing and cultivating stakeholder relationships to understand business needs and drive prioritization
• Acting as technical lead on projects

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems or other technology-related fields
• 10+ years of solid hands on experience Java 17 or Java21 /J2EE , Spring, Spring boot,Angular, MSSQL experience
• 6+ years of solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns
• 6+ years of knowledge of web development technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks
• 3+ years of working experience on AZURE
• Experience in CI/CD like using TFS, Azure DevOps, or GIT tools for data solution management and delivery
• Experience with Containers, Kubernetes, Terraform
• Experience in building the new teams, and provide leadership to engineering teams and guide their work, ensuring successful execution, propose budgets and schedules for engineering initiatives, train and mentor other team members
• Solid understanding of agile software development methodology (Scrum) and industry best practices

Preferred Qualification:

• Knowledge in using DevOps tools and developing DevOps pipelines
