Position Description: Experienced Full Stack Java Developer with strong backend and microservices expertise to lead and deliver scalable, high-quality cloud-based solutions. Hands-on technical leadership in design, development, and architectural decisions across full-stack components.

Your future duties and responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end features across frontend and backend using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
• Build scalable microservices architecture aligned with industry best practices.
• Lead the team in writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Perform detailed code reviews and provide actionable feedback.
• Define, document, and own technical architecture and application design decisions.
• Work on cloud-native development, deployment, and integration (e.g., CI/CD).
• Conduct root cause analysis and performance tuning of applications.
• Apply best practices in software engineering and development methodologies.
• Mentor and guide junior developers; resolve technical blockers and support delivery excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product.
• Contribute to and oversee design, code quality, and deployment processes.
• Take ownership of architecture designs and provide technical direction to the team.
• Support system testing, integration, and production issue resolution.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality, tested, and documented deliverables.
  
  

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 4 years of relevant experience.

Must-Have Skills:

• 4–7 years of experience in Java (Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices).
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Object-Oriented Design, and design patterns.
• Proficient in cloud-based architecture concepts (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with frontend technologies (preferably Angular).
• Strong experience with version control (Git) and build tools (Maven/Gradle).
• Ability to lead and mentor a team in technical tasks and reviews.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and unit/integration testing.
  
  

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Exposure to Camunda BPM, Kafka, and Apache NiFi.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands-on with monitoring/logging tools like ELK, Prometheus, or Grafana.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices.
• Exposure to architecture frameworks like TOGAF or similar.
