Position Description: Experienced Full Stack Java Developer with strong backend and microservices expertise to lead and deliver scalable, high-quality cloud-based solutions. Hands-on technical leadership in design, development, and architectural decisions across full-stack components.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Design and implement end-to-end features across frontend and backend using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
- Build scalable microservices architecture aligned with industry best practices.
- Lead the team in writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Perform detailed code reviews and provide actionable feedback.
- Define, document, and own technical architecture and application design decisions.
- Work on cloud-native development, deployment, and integration (e.g., CI/CD).
- Conduct root cause analysis and performance tuning of applications.
- Apply best practices in software engineering and development methodologies.
- Mentor and guide junior developers; resolve technical blockers and support delivery excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product.
- Contribute to and oversee design, code quality, and deployment processes.
- Take ownership of architecture designs and provide technical direction to the team.
- Support system testing, integration, and production issue resolution.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality, tested, and documented deliverables.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Must-Have Skills:
- 4–7 years of experience in Java (Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices).
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Object-Oriented Design, and design patterns.
- Proficient in cloud-based architecture concepts (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with frontend technologies (preferably Angular).
- Strong experience with version control (Git) and build tools (Maven/Gradle).
- Ability to lead and mentor a team in technical tasks and reviews.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and unit/integration testing.
- Exposure to Camunda BPM, Kafka, and Apache NiFi.
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Hands-on with monitoring/logging tools like ELK, Prometheus, or Grafana.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices.
- Exposure to architecture frameworks like TOGAF or similar.
