What Youll Be Doing

• Architect, develop, and scale backend services and APIs to support millions of users.
• Participate in system design discussions, and influence key architecture decisions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code with solid test coverage.
• Own and implement unit, integration, and performance tests.
• Work with DevOps to improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Ensure systems are secure, reliable, and maintainable.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and solve production issues in real-time.
• Collaborate across teams including product, frontend, QA, and infrastructure.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of excellence.
  
  

What You Bring

• Expert-level skills in Java, Python, Go, or Node.js.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
• Working experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Skilled with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.
