Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Markit EDM to join our dynamic team.
This role involves leading development efforts, providing high-quality support to business processes, and managing cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of data integration, SQL, and platform support, as well as exceptional communication abilities.

Responsibilities
- Lead business-as-usual initiatives and deliver reliable support to both the business and Technology teams
- Manage a team of 8-10 members while serving as EDM Lead
- Analyze and resolve complex technical problems with a structured approach
- Track issues rigorously, ensuring timely incident and problem management
- Maintain and support production and testing environments effectively
- Facilitate engagement with clients, business users, and other technical teams
- Deliver consistently high-quality results in assigned tasks
- Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams to meet project goals
- Communicate progress updates to management and project stakeholders swiftly
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience with Markit EDM and strong SQL skills
- Background in working with EDM implementations across datasets including Market, Instrument, Party, Reference, Corporate Actions, and Historical Time-Series
- Application support expertise, with proven first/second line problem resolution skills
- Showcase of excellent communication skills at C1/C1+ proficiency level
- Capability to coordinate with both technical teams and business users effectively
