What is in it for you?

As a Sr Software Engineer - Perl, you will be a part of an Agile team to design and build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.

Responsibilities: -

• Deliver customer value in the form of high-quality software components.
• Understand, debug existing systems, and propose new, alternative technology in order to make it more scalable and achieve results.
• Write, debug, and deploy code to production; deliver timely fixes for issues.
• Work collaboratively across the Technology and Product organizations to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Adhere to DOD (story definition of done) as part of the sprint, including unit tests, functional testing, code reviews, no regressions, bug fixes, documentation, and adhere to best coding practices.
• Participate and contribute to Scrum meetings, that is, daily standup meetings, sprint planning, readouts and retrospectives.

Educational Qualifications: -

• Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
• Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
  
  

Skills: -

Mandatory Technical Skills: -

• Hands-on experience in modern programming languages such as Perl, Java
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux is preferred
• Knowledge of SQL/Oracle
• Familiarity of working in an Agile environment preferred
• Experience in working with Micro services will be an added advantage.
