Responsibilities

DUTIES:

• Understanding the requirements, requests, and needs of customers and business users
• Ability to interface effectively with customers in Italian and English
• Define, develop, test and release reporting and data presentation solutions
• Interfacing and collaborating with various stakeholders and suppliers
• Satisfy Customers reporting needs, respond to Customer Requests in Italian
• Ensure development cycle complies with project phases, and all stakeholders are updated
• Analyze customer reporting requests from tenders, identifying implementation solutions and promptly highlighting the effort required
• Collaborate with other Depts to ensure information accessibility and data quality
• Contribute to the analysis of business processes that generate data acquisition, identifying any critical issues and areas for improvement
• Promptly report any actual or potential data risks, such as breaches, quality impacts, loss of relevant info, data viz displaying misleading info etc.
  
  

• Microsoft Office suite
• Microsoft Fabric, in particular deep knowledge of PowerBI
• Microsoft PowerAutomate
• SAP BO
• Proficiency in SQL in its various versions
• SalesForce and case management
• Basic knowledge of databases
• Basic knowledge of data modeling and data visualization
