We're looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our growing IT Applications team. You will be reporting to Director, IT Applications. You will be responsible for:
- Developing, testing, and documenting custom solutions, integrations, and data migrations for ServiceNow projects
- Translating business needs into well-architected solutions leveraging the ServiceNow platform
- Managing CMDB health, integrations, Discovery, and Service Mapping to ensure system stability
- Designing scalable workflow frameworks and identifying opportunities to automate and improve manual processes
- Collaborating with team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless development, testing, and deployment
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience, with 8+ years in IT Service Management/ServiceNow and 3+ years in ServiceNow application development
- Proficient in ServiceNow modules such as CMDB, HR, Service Portal, Asset Management,HAM, SAM, IRM, TPRM, ESG and skilled in JavaScript development and API integrations
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA and Application Developer) with solid experience in upgrades, version control, and update remediation
- Strong problem-solving skills, mentoring experience, and knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Kanban, Scrum)
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Certified Implementation Specialist certification in one of the OOTB ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITBM, ITOM,TPSM, GRC etc.)
- Experience developing UI
- ITIL V3 / V4 Foundation or above
