Senior Software Engineer - UI, SAP Monitoring team

Your Opportunity

The SAP Monitoring team delivers innovative observability solutions for enterprise customers whose IT and business systems rely on SAP as a cornerstone. Our solutions span core infrastructure and application monitoring, user experience monitoring, end-to-end systems monitoring, and business process monitoring.

With SAP’s complex and rapidly evolving ecosystem, including ABAP, Java, and Cloud Platform technologies, this role focuses on designing and developing cutting-edge technical solutions to ensure seamless monitoring for these SAP environments.

What You’ll Do

• Write high-quality, performant, and secure code to build observability solutions for SAP technologies, specifically UI components on New Relic Platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
• Develop innovative UI solution for intelligent business/transaction flow monitoring and issue root cause analyzing on New Relic Platform
• Debug and optimize applications to ensure seamless performance and scalability.
• Participate in peer code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
• Explore and implement innovative solutions to enhance SAP monitoring capabilities.
  
  

This Role Requires

• 5+ years of experience in developing front-end applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. .
• Proficient in Any one of the JS frameworks: React, Angular or Vue.js.
• Proficiency in object-oriented JavaScript and backend Node.js services development.
• Strong experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs and OData V2/V4 services, with a focus on authorization and integration.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools.
  
  

Nice To Have Skills

• Familiarity with GraphQL, NRQL.
• Understanding of microservices, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with LLM like GPT and Gemini, and integrating them in various applications.
• Experience with SAP UI5 framework.
