We are looking for a seasoned Senior Software Engineer who combines strong technical expertise with learning agility and adaptability. This role demands the ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies beyond one’s core skill set to enhance client delivery and system performance. The successful candidate will work across multiple platforms—including Quadient , SmartComm, and mainframe systems—to support, customize, and improve client-facing print and electronic communications.

Core Responsibilities:
6-8 years of experience in technology
2+ years of experience working with print and electronic communications.
Education:
Bachelors degree required preferably in a Computer Science discipline.

Core Responsibilities:
- Cross-Team Technical Support Deliver comprehensive support by analyzing, debugging, and resolving print and electronic communication issues across multiple teams.
- Advanced Problem Solving Address complex technical challenges, establish performance standards, and apply multiple technologies to drive innovative solutions.
- Strategic Support Initiatives Lead initiatives that integrate application and technology support with business objectives, ensuring long-term scalability and alignment with organizational goals.
- Complete thorough analysis, debugging, and remediation of assigned issue work in a timely manner.
- Collaborate closely with the product team to define and implement the most effective technical solutions.
- Identify requirements gaps and provide technical insights to enhance solution design and functionality.
- Provide responsive technical support for resolving system defects in both test and production environments.
- Configure, plan, and test systems, or offer expert-level guidance to ensure they align with client and product specifications.
- Design or advise on product-level solutions to meet specific business needs.
- Customize base code and/or develop client-specific code in accordance with established coding standards.
- Cloud and AWS Proficiency: Essential for debugging and accessing EC2s.
- Infrastructure Automation Tools: Experience with Linux servers, commands, log access to debug errors.
- Data Management: Advanced knowledge in managing data formats (JSON, XML, CSV).
- Agile Methodology: Strong foundation in Agile principles to adapt to fast-paced processes.
- Communication and Analytical Skills: Exceptional abilities in both verbal and written communication, coupled with stellar analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Quadient Inspire and Scaler experience a plus, highly recommended.
- Smart Communications Advanced Template Editor experience a plus.
