Roles and Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads small to moderate budget projects; may perform in project leadership role and/or may supervise the activities of lower level personnel
- Provides resolutions to a diverse range of complex problems
- Executes schedules, costs and documentation to ensure assigned projects come to successful conclusion
- May assist in training, assigning and checking the work of less experienced developers
- Performs estimation efforts on projects and tracks progress
- Drafts and revises test plans and scripts with consideration to end-to-end system flows
- Executes test scripts according to application requirements documentation
- Logs defects, identifies course of action and performs preliminary root cause analysis
- Analyzes and communicates test results to project team
- Coordinates multiple testers and testing activities within a project
- May act as a project test lead and provide direction to lower level testers
- Retests software corrections to ensure problems are resolved
- Documents evolution of testing procedures for future replication
- Identifies, recommends and implements process improvements to enhance testing strategies
- 5 to 8 years of total software/IT engineering/code development experience.
- Out of this at least 8+ technical program management experience
- Possesses and applies a broad knowledge of application programming processes and procedures to the completion of complex assignments
- Competent to analyze diverse and complex problems
- Competent to work in most phases of applications programming
- Knowledge includes advanced work on standard applications programs including coding, testing and debugging
- 7+ years of experience as Fullstack .NET developer (Backend-70, Frontend-30%) along with hands-on REST API’s, microservice, CI/CD, SQL, MongoDB, Web development and Agile skills
- Previous experience working with e-commerce software or Enterprise Applications or Payment gateway is MUST.
- Primary Technology / Tool: .Net Framework/ .Net Core / C# (7+ years)
- Test Driven development
- CI/CD
- Green/Blue deploymentmethod
- REST Architecture, SOAP, MVC
- SQL (MS SQL Server) and
- NoSQL Databases (Cassandra DB, MongoDB )
- Advanced ability to effectively troubleshoot program errors
- Advanced understanding of how technology decisions relate to business needs
- Demonstrates advanced understanding of intersystem dependencies around primary applications and multiple secondary applications
- Ability to rapidly assimilate new information and develop diverse knowledge of system being tested
- Working knowledge of automated testing tools and procedures
- Diverse diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of multiple applications
- Total Exp: 5- 8 years
- Rel Exp: 7+ years
