Summary of This Role: Lead the development and delivery of innovative software solutions within the Payments Domain, leveraging deep expertise in PERL, PostgreSQL, and DevOps tools. The role involves guiding a high-performing team, architecting scalable systems, and ensuring technical excellence across all stages of the software development lifecycle

Must Have Skills

• Programming Expertise: Strong proficiency in PERL
• Database: Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL (DDL, DML, and optimization)
• DevOps Tools: Experience with GitHub, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines
• Team Leadership: Proven experience leading and mentoring software engineering teams
• System Design: Ability to architect and deploy scalable backend solutions
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with distributed teams

Good to Have Skills

• Programming Languages: Experience with C Programming
• Databases: Knowledge of Oracle
• Operating Systems: Proficiency in Linux OS
• Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with GCP or other cloud platforms
• Development Tools: Experience using Eclipse or Visual Studio Code
