Open Roles & Responsibilities

1️⃣ SSE – Core Engineering (4–6 yrs)

What you’ll do:

• Build and deliver end-to-end features in a fast-paced environment
• Design and implement scalable, high-performance systems
• Review and contribute to High-Level Designs (HLDs)
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to ship impactful products
• Improve system reliability, performance, and scalability

Who you are:

• 4–6 years in backend or full-stack engineering
• Experience in 0→1 product development
• Strong understanding of system design, architecture, and scalability
• Hands-on, ownership-driven, and delivery-focused

2️⃣ Lead – Intelligent Document Processing & Agentic AI (6–8 yrs)

What you’ll do:

• Lead research & engineering in AI-driven document processing
• Build systems to extract intelligence from unstructured documents
• Work with Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks
• Drive architecture and technical decisions for AI-first products

Who you are:

• 6–8 years in AI/ML or software engineering
• Experience in document processing, NLP, or data extraction
• Strong research and implementation skills
• Ability to architect scalable, AI-driven systems

3️⃣ SSE – Architect / Tech Lead (Alpha) (6–8 yrs)

What you’ll do:

• Lead system design and architecture for enterprise SaaS applications
• Build scalable, customizable solutions for global customers
• Mentor and guide engineers, ensuring best practices and robust architecture
• Collaborate with Product & Business teams to deliver high-impact solutions

Who you are:

• 6–8 years in enterprise SaaS engineering
• Strong in system design, architecture, and customizations
• Prior experience at Salesforce, Freshworks, PayU, or similar is a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
