Job Description: Senior Lead Engineer

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lead Engineer to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the success of full-stack development projects, ensuring seamless DevOps operations, and leading the engineering team towards the successful delivery of end-to-end solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership:
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using modern languages and frameworks.
• Set technical standards and best practices for the team.
• Oversee and perform thorough code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Resolve critical production issues promptly to maintain system availability and reliability.
• Project Management:
• Supervise and guide end-to-end project deliveries, ensuring they meet business objectives, deadlines, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical plans.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies for successful project outcomes.
• Team Management:
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
• Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team members have the necessary resources and support to succeed.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to help team members grow professionally.
• DevOps Operations:
• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production environments for performance and cost efficiency.
• Ensure system security, scalability, and availability by implementing best practices and leveraging modern DevOps tools.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
• Advocate for continuous integration of new technologies and tools to enhance team productivity.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience (4+ years) as a Full-Stack Engineer, including a strong understanding of front-end and back-end development.
• Expertise in multiple programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, TypeScript) and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, Django, Spring Boot).
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform).
• Hands-on experience with modern databases (SQL and NoSQL) and caching mechanisms.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on performance optimization and scalability.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and API development.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools like JIRA or Trello.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with machine learning, data engineering, or big data technologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
