What are we looking for?

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer (3–5 years experience) who enjoys solving complex engineering problems beyond traditional application development. This role is ideal for someone who has strong backend development experience and is excited to work on AI-powered developer tools and data infrastructure.

You will contribute to building the backend systems that power our AI capabilities, working on scalable APIs, data pipelines, and services that integrate advanced AI into data teams’ daily workflows.

Qualifications

Required

• 3–5 years of experience building Python-based backend systems or web application backends
• Experience developing scalable backend services, APIs, or microservices
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience working with containerization technologies such as Docker
• Strong understanding of backend architecture, system design fundamentals, and distributed systems
• Solid SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
• Comfortable working across the full stack when needed, from backend APIs to product-facing features
  
  

• Experience with FastAPI or similar frameworks for building APIs
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Experience working with data pipelines or data infrastructure
• Familiarity with query optimization or SQL performance tuning
• Interest in developer tooling or data platform engineering
