- Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and other Salesforce development tools.
- Implement and manage Salesforce configurations, including flows, validation rules, email templates, roles, sharing rules, and security settings.
- Customize Salesforce applications to meet business needs and enhance user experience.
- Work under the guidance of senior Salesforce developers and architects to deliver solutions aligned with technical designs.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and clarify business needs.
- Assist in testing and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce solutions.
- Support API integrations to connect Salesforce with other systems.
- Assist in deployment processes, including version control, release management, and sandbox testing.
- Prepare technical documentation for Salesforce customizations and configurations.
- Monitor and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications, ensuring minimal downtime.
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development and configuration.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce declarative tools.
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce API integrations (REST/SOAP).
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration: flows, email integrations, roles, sharing rules, and security models.
- Proven experience working with Service Cloud.
- Experience in deployment processes.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills for interacting with team members and stakeholders.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer I are preferred.
- Knowledge of DevOps tools like Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies are highly desirable.
