Job Description

The Senior Software Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software applications. This role requires a seasoned professional who can handle complex technical challenges and lead projects from conceptualization to completion. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver innovative solutions that meet business needs. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for new features and applications.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior software engineers and interns.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and performance.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Participate in the design and architecture of scalable, reliable, and secure software systems.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing product development and operations.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer creative solutions to technical challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or similar.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with version control systems like Git and continuous integration tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
