Senior Software Engineer

We are excited to welcome Lead Software Engineers to our innovative development teams in Bangalore. In this role, you will be essential in crafting, developing, and sustaining the products, platform services, and infrastructure that support global logistics.

About You:

We value your coding skills, regardless of whether you specialize in C#.NET or other programming languages. We prioritize expertise over mere check boxes.

• Experience in building large-scale services and enterprise software.
• Proficiency in C#, Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, and similar languages.
• Expertise in databases like SQL, NoSQL, or MongoDB.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or Jenkins.
• Proven experience designing and developing complex software solutions focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Experience leading technical teams, mentoring and guiding junior developers.
• Ability to drive technical excellence and innovation through best practices, code reviews, and architectural improvements.
