Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and implement software solutions for the Provider Experience group across various initiatives.
• Provide support to end-users by resolving issues, responding to queries, and helping interpret model results.
• Develop, code, and unit test using a variety of cloud services and infrastructure code with Terraform.
• Build and maintain testing automation pipelines.
• Participate in peer code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.
• Develop reusable infrastructure code to streamline development across multiple services.
• Engage in planning and technical design discussions with developers, managers, and architects to meet performance and application requirements.
• Manage Jenkins pipelines to move applications through System Testing, UAT, Release Testing, and User Training environments.
• Contribute to production support by resolving application issues and ensuring stability.
• Follow Cloud COE guidelines for deployment and maintenance of applications in AWS.
• Conduct application demos for business users and Product Owners during Sprints and PI demos.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to understand and analyze business requirements.
• Participate in Program Increment (PI) planning, user story grooming, and Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups.
• Apply Guarantee Management tools and best practices to all projects.
• Build and enhance user interfaces using React.js, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Utilize React tools such as Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux for scalable front-end development.
• Perform browser-based debugging, interface troubleshooting, and performance testing using tools like Mocha and Jest.
• Ensure continuous improvement of front-end performance and application responsiveness.
• Maintain proper documentation for application changes and updates.
• Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.

Experience Requirement:

• 3 to 5 years of overall experience in software development.
• 3+ years of front-end development experience with ReactJS, web development, and UX design.
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and development.
• Proficient in Unit Testing automation, Test Driven Development (TDD), and mocking frameworks.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Solid experience with AWS Cloud Development.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools including AWS CloudFormation, Jenkins, GitHub, and Conduits.
• Experience in implementing enterprise security solutions, including IAM roles, Auth0/Okta, encryption, and API Gateways.
• Working knowledge of SSO protocols such as SAML and OpenID.
• Experience with application monitoring tools such as Splunk, CloudWatch, and Dynatrace.
• Demonstrated ability to provide strategic counsel and advice on significant engineering matters.
• Prior experience delivering enterprise information environments for strategic decision-making is preferred.
• Experience in the health insurance industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
