Overview
Responsibilities
- Mentor the team.
- Produce well-designed, testable, efficient, and fully functional code.
- Ensure quality in the development of defined processes.
- Drive feature/product release.
- Work with product managers to understand requirements.
- Assist with solving technical problems when they arise.
- Develop and review the SDS document.
- Guide junior members of the team for quality design and coding practices.
- Do Code review and peer review.
- Take ownership of the quality and usability of your code.
- 3-5 years of experience as a software engineer.
- Proficiency with Programming Languages, especially in JavaScript (ReactJS and Node.js Frameworks ).
- Proficiency with database technology such as SQL and No-SQL (MongoDB).
- Strong grasp of security principles in Client-Server architecture.
- Familiarity with Cloud Infrastructure.
- Familiarity with at least a couple of JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS, VueJS, etc, will be helpful.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent understanding of software design and programming principles.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Candidates from a medical industry background are a plus.
