Job Description:

We are looking for a technically hands-on Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in designing and developing real-time internet applications or high-scale SaaS platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in object-oriented programming, team leadership experience, and a passion for solving complex problems through scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance products and systems.
  
• Drive adoption of engineering best practices through code reviews, design sessions, and mentoring.
  
• Enable the team to deliver robust and maintainable software solutions by setting strong coding standards.
  
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define long-term architecture and technical vision.
  
• Innovate by experimenting with new technologies and incorporating them into the product stack where applicable.
  
• Take end-to-end ownership of product architecture, including technology and tool selection.
  
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and architectures.
  
• Continuously evaluate and improve performance, scalability, and security of applications.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4–5 years of product development experience with at least 2 years in a team-leading capacity.
  
• Strong programming skills in Java (mandatory); Golang experience is a strong plus.
  
• Proficient in Data Structures and Algorithms with a solid grasp of system design.
  
• Experience with web technologies such as Spring, Python, Linux, Apache, MySQL, Solr, Memcache, and Redis.
  
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining services used by millions of users is highly desirable.
  
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
