Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers in D365FO product teams, providing technical guidance and expertise.
• Design complex D365FO solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices.
• Analyze the business requirements and provide estimates for technical work(including design, development, unit testing and design document)
• Provide high-quality technical design documents
• Develop, customize, and optimize advanced functionalities and integrations within D365FO.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and enforce coding standards.
• Take ownership of Product release from a technical standpoint.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and business users to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions.
• Stay updated with D365FO updates, trends, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Need to Be Successful (Minimum Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

• Minimum equivalent experience 8 to 12 years in Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations

• Extensive experience in Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (D365FO) development and implementation.

• Proficiency in X++, .NET, and relevant programming languages.

• Strong understanding of D365FO architecture, data models, and integrations.

• Ability to design high-performance solutions within D365FO.

• Leadership and mentoring skills to guide and inspire development teams.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Developer Expert

or equivalent certification is highly desirable.

Additional Information:

• Proven experience in leading full-cycle implementations or upgrades of D365FO.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and project management practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
• Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
