Senior Software Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who thrives in problem-solving, writes clean and efficient code, and brings strong experience in Python, PHP, JavaScript, JQuery, and SQL to the table. If you enjoy shipping real features, mentoring teammates, and taking ownership, we’d love to meet you.

Here’s What You’ll Do Day to Day

• Develop and maintain applications across backend and frontend using Python, PHP, and JavaScript
• Write clean, optimized, and efficient SQL queries and manage data flows
• Use JQuery to enhance interactivity in web applications where needed
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers to build features from concept to production
• Contribute to system architecture, technical designs, and long-term planning
• Improve application performance, scalability, and reliability
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Debug production issues across services and stack layers

Here’s What We’re Looking For

• 5–7 years of hands-on software development experience
• Proficiency in Python, PHP, and JavaScript
• Strong experience with JQuery and deep knowledge of SQL
• Experience building web applications end-to-end, from database to UI
• Familiarity with common backend frameworks and RESTful APIs
• Experience with frameworks like Flask, Laravel, or Express
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure or DevOps practices
• A strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
• Interest in optimizing and improving legacy systems as well as building new ones

Bonus (Not Required)

• Good understanding on Data & Analytics
• Contributions to open-source projects or technical blogs
