Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, modify, debug, and/or maintain software code according to functional, non-functional, and technical design specifications.
- Follow software engineering standards and development methodologies to ensure code is maintainable, scalable, and supportable.
- Work within a scrum team, participate in peer code reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Take technical accountability for specific work products and provide support during solution design.
- Encourage innovation and continuous improvement in all assigned tasks.
- Actively participate in user story refinement and solution design.
- Develop solutions that meet or exceed acceptance criteria.
- Communicate effectively across time zones.
Experience:7–11 years
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in SQL, Angular, and Node.js/Golang/React.
- Coding experience in Node.js, Golang, or similar languages (React/Java).
- Experience in API development within a microservices architecture (SOAP/REST).
- Understanding of AI/ML with Python coding experience (desirable).
- Strong design and code quality practices.
- Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL or SQL Server.
- Familiarity with Jenkins, AWS/Azure, Docker, and cloud-native apps.
- Experience with CI/CD in an agile workflow.
- Ability to independently develop user story requirements in a self-managed Scrum team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in distributed teams.
- Capable of managing multiple timelines.
