Senior Software engineer (Angular)

Summary of the position

The role will be hands on work to develop, unit test and maintain Angular framework based front end applications.

Key accountabilities

• Development and Unit Testing

• Ability to execute assigned tasks without assistance

• Ability to understand tasks or issues and implement resolutions.

• Ability to identify own areas for development and work towards them.

• Ability to engage with team for allocated task

• Understand company standards / processes and follow them

Skills and Experience | Essential

• Strong skill sets in Angular 2+

• JavaScript ES6

• Familiar with Angular Material UI component & responsive UI development

• Web Services integration (Rest or SOAP)

• JSON & XML data parsing

• Code Repository (Git)

• Unit Testing Tool – Jasmine , Protector or Karma

• Coding Practices & Refactoring

• HTML5 , CSS

• Knowledge of the Design Patterns and OO concepts

• Good Verbal & written communication

• Strong debugging skills on Developer tools of browser

Skills and Experience | Desirable

• Coding Practices & Refactoring

• Experience with Cordova based plugin

• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (Preferably Agile)

• Working experience with Database (Preferably Couchbase or NoSQL)

• Experience with Ionic application development is added advantage.
