About the Role

Build Systems That Don’t Exist Yet

Auric AI is on a mission to redefine how intelligence is gathered and delivered in the battlefield. We’re building a platform that ingests massive volumes of satellite and UAV data and converts it into real-time, actionable insights for operators on the ground.

Our CV researchers are solving detection. Now, we need an architect who can design the end-to-end system that brings it to life: from satellite imagery to the last soldier in the field. This role isn’t about years of experience. It’s about being able to think from first principles and design systems that don’t exist yet. We want someone who can look at the problem space, break it down, and create unconventional, elegant solutions.

You’ll Build

Platform Engineering

• Ingestion and preprocessing pipelines for large-scale satellite/UAV imagery.
• APIs and data infrastructure to connect research models with production systems.
• Deployment and monitoring tools that ensure reliability in demanding environments.

Performance & Scalability

• Optimize data and model pipelines for low latency and large throughput.
• Implement distributed and fault-tolerant systems for mission-critical tasks.

Productization

• Build UIs, dashboards, and visualization tools for analysts and field operators.
• Ensure high-quality outputs through automated validation and feedback loops.

What We’re Looking For

Technical Skills

• Strong coder in Python/TypeScript/C++ with solid software fundamentals.
• Experience in backend systems, APIs, or distributed data processing.
• Comfort working close to AI/ML pipelines or data-heavy applications.

AI-Native Builder

• Uses AI tools daily (Copilot, GPTs, automated testing) to accelerate development.
• Moves fast, ships fast, and embraces experimentation.

Mindset
