Looking for a Perl CGI/Web App Developer with strong knowledge of WCAG, Perl, Python & Postgres. Role includes maintaining legacy code, implementing features, debugging, and ensuring accessibility, scalability & seamless integration.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience in Perl web or perl cgi programming, with experience managing and or modernizing web applications.
- Expertise in .NET Core / .NET5 / .NET 8, and C#
- Understanding of web application development and maintenance using Perl, Postgres or any RDBMS, and optionally Python.
- Experience with accessibility testing tools (e.g., Axe, WAVE, Lighthouse) for identifying and resolving accessibility issues.
- (Optional) Familiarity with infrastructure and services on AWS or similar cloud, including deployment, scaling, and monitoring.
- (Optional) Experience with message brokers like RabbitMQ and caching mechanisms like Redis.
- (Optional) Debugging skills, including the use of logs, profiling tools, and runtime analysis.
- (Optional) Hands-on experience with version control systems such as Git.
