Desired Candidate Profile
- 5 years of hands-on experience in SOLR, Elasticsearch, OpenSearch or Lucene
- Solid understanding of information retrieval, ranking, relevance, text processing / NLP, and embeddings
- Strong software development skills in Java or Python
- Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, and system integrations
- Experience with performance monitoring, profiling, and troubleshooting in production environments
- Bachelors or above degree in any discipline
