About the Team
Generally, the team is form in Squad where each squad consist of Squad Lead, Business Analyst, Dev lead, Developers and Testers. This Squad structure provides more connectivity among team members and allows us to deliver faster as all resources work as one group on dedicated task.
About the Role
The Senior Software Engineer position performs complex research, design, software development assignments and maintenance of LexisNexis Risk Solutions enterprise web applications. This position performs software design — typically across multiple systems; mentors more-junior members of the team; and talks to users/customers and translates their requests into solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using React (Front-end) and PHP (Back-end).
  • Design and implement scalable, efficient, and secure solutions for both client-side and server-side applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while following best practices.
  • Optimize database queries and ensure the performance and security of SQL-based databases.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance development processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5-6 years of experience in full-stack development with React and PHP.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Strong command of SQL, including database design, optimization, and query performance tuning.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Web Services experience using SOAP and REST and Fundamental of Azure Cloud
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and deployment strategies is a plus.
