We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Mobile Release Engineer to manage and streamline the release process for our mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with app store deployments, performance monitoring, CI/CD pipelines, and cross-functional collaboration in a federated team environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end mobile app releases on App Store and Google Play Store, ensuring timely and quality deployments
• Monitor app performance using tools like Datadog, Grafana, and other observability platforms
• Coordinate with federated teams across geographies, leading release calls and ensuring alignment on timelines and deliverables
• Utilize GitHub and GitHub Actions for version control, CI/CD workflows, and cherry-picking commits for hotfixes and patch releases
• Handle ServiceNow operations including change requests, issue triaging, assignment, and ensuring adherence to SLOs
• Collaborate with QA and development teams to identify and execute production and regression test cases
• Work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to align on release goals and priorities
• Contribute to initiatives focused on AI-driven automation and process optimization.(Preferred) Familiarity with AWS and cloud-native architectures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience:
• 9+ years of experience in mobile app release management or DevOps
• Proven experience in developing mobile applications using React Native
• Hands on experience on React Native
• Experience working in agile, federated team environments
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
• Proven excellent communication and coordination skills
• Passion for automation, innovation, and continuous improvement
