Join DHL Supply Chain’s Center of Excellence for Intelligent Process Automation (CoE IPA), a dynamic team driving digital transformation across global functions. As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing intelligent automation solutions using technologies like Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Power Platform, and AI-driven tools. You’ll lead technical support efforts, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure automation solutions deliver measurable value.

Your Key Accountabilities Include:

• Providing technical support and continuous improvement for RPA and Power Platform solutions across global functions.
• Leading and mentoring junior developers, ensuring high engagement and technical excellence.
• Acting as a liaison between business units and the CoE to coordinate testing, deployment, and updates.
• Designing and implementing automation solutions using UiPath, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
• Driving process analysis and identifying opportunities for automation that enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk.
• Managing documentation, incident resolution, and knowledge base development for automation projects.
  
  
  

What Are We Looking For From You:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in enterprise-level RPA development, especially with UiPath tools.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, JavaScript, and experience with APIs and databases.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience in Agile environments and CI/CD practices using tools like Git, Jenkins, and Sonar.
• Passion for emerging technologies, self-motivation, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
