We are looking for an experienced Performance Testing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and developing scalable and high-performance applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers, designers, and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Act as a team player and mentor to uplift and develop junior software engineers.
• Design, develop, and execute performance testing strategies.
• Use performance testing tools such as OpenText (HP) LoadRunner / Performance Center and JMeter.
• Monitor and analyze application performance using APM tools (Dynatrace, New Relic, AppDynamics, etc.).
• Provide detailed performance analysis, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure application scalability and stability.
• Contribute to continuous integration and continuous improvement practices.
• Follow Agile and DevOps best practices for performance testing and delivery
  
  

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in a Performance Engineer or Performance Testing role.
• Strong hands-on experience with LoadRunner / Performance Center and JMeter.
• Proficiency in using APM tools such as Dynatrace, New Relic, AppDynamics, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of performance engineering principles and practices.
• Exposure to container technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
• Experience with Agile/DevOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and best practices.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.
  
  

Good-to-Have Skills:

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) for performance testing.

• Experience with scripting languages (Python, Shell, PowerShell) for automation.
• Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring and logging tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
