Senior Software Engineer - Python, AIML

Experience: 5–8 years | Location: Hinjewadi, Pune | Type: Full-time


About the Role

We are looking for a Mid-Level Expert Python Engineer along with hands on in AIML, CICD, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes. You will be responsible for developing tools using python, automation, building and maintaining DevOps, Jenkins, Gitlab pipelines responsible for building TTS, Voice packages, exposure and readiness for contributing to AI and MLOps for deploying speech and language models & monitoring. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on improving tools and maintaining Dev ops activities and Jenkins, Gitlab automation pipelines and flexible to work on new product initiatives in AI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ownership of Speech Output Tools development, DevOps activities involving improving and maintaining CICD pipelines running on internal Jenkins, Gitlab servers.

  • Adding new features to the tools, Analyzing pipeline failures, improving tool performance

  • Participate actively in new product development POCs in non-auto domain.

Must-Have

  • 5–8 years of experience in Python programming

  • Exposure to DevOps - CICD, Jenkins, Gitlabs, Docker, Kubernetes

  • Hands on in AIML activities

Good-to-Have

  • Experience in an AI-focused company.

  • Hands on with Microsoft Azure AI services, cloud-hosted machine learning and generative AI tools.

  • Exposure and readiness to MLOps - ML, model deployment & monitoring.
