What You’ll Do

Own Projects – Lead full software lifecycles: requirements, sprint planning, delivery, and post-launch support.

Architect Systems – Design scalable architectures and APIs aligned with business needs.

Code Excellence – Write clean, maintainable, testable code across backend/frontend.

Mentor & Review – Support junior devs, conduct code reviews, and uphold quality standards.

Client Collaboration – Communicate with clients for scoping, feedback, and milestone tracking.

Agile Execution – Own your work in Jira, contribute to Confluence, and lead sprint ceremonies.

Test & Ship – Write unit tests, assist QA, and resolve issues quickly.

Document Everything – Maintain up-to-date technical documentation.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

• Experience: 3–5+ years in full-stack or backend/frontend engineering with hands-on experience leading software deliver.
• Tech Stack Mastery: Comfortable with JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one modern framework (e.g., React, Next.js, Node.js).
• Architecture Thinking: Minimum 2 years of experience designing system architecture, APIs, and scalable components.
• Project Delivery: Proven track record of owning and delivering client-facing software products.
• DevOps Knowledge: Familiarity with deployment pipelines, version control, and environment setup (Docker/AWS/Vercel is a plus).
• Project Tools: Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Slack.

Skills & Tools:

• Strong with JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Node.js.
• Good understanding of software design patterns, scalability, and performance.
• Familiar with DevOps practices, GitHub, CI/CD, Docker, Vercel/AWS.
• Comfortable using Jira, Confluence, Slack, Clockify, or similar tools.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with Supabase or similar backend-as-a-service platforms
• CI/CD pipelines and automation experience
• Freelance or client-handling experience
• Open-source contributions or a portfolio of personal projects

Compensation & Perks

• Salary: ₹6–8 LPA
• Schedule: Mon–Fri (flexible hours)
