Senior Software Engineer (Salesforce)

Role:

We are looking for talented and motivated Salesforce Developers who are passionate about building innovative solutions. You will work closely with our team to build native Salesforce apps that integrate with our ASP.NET Web APIs, develop proof-of-concepts (POCs), and assist with client demos and integration projects.

Responsibilities:

• Proficient in Apex, Visual-force, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
• Understanding of Salesforce data model including standard/custom objects, fields, relationships, and record types.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integration patterns using REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, External Objects, and Platform Events.
• Familiarity with declarative tools such as Process Builder, Flow Builder, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, and Assignment Rules.
• Skilled in using Salesforce development and testing tools like Salesforce CLI, Workbench, and Postman.
• Knowledge of metadata deployment techniques using Change Sets and unlocked packages.
• Experience in setting up and managing Salesforce org security including roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Ability to architect scalable Salesforce solutions for enterprise-level applications.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DX, source control systems (like Git), and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• Experience with managed packages and App Exchange applications.
• Evaluating and adopting new Salesforce features and best practices for solution design.

Required Skills:

• Design and build complex Salesforce applications integrated with ASP.NET Web APIs.
• Lead the setup of new Salesforce instances, data models, and workflows.
• Build and lead the development of proof-of-concepts (POCs) for client presentations.
• Architect and implement robust integration solutions between Salesforce and external systems.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Qualifications:

• 4–7 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform, features, and custom app development.
• Strong experience in ASP.NET Web Applications and Web API integration.
• Proven experience in client communication and requirement analysis.
• Ability to lead small teams and mentor junior engineers.
