Senior Software Engineer – (Vlocity)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you'll collaborate with solution architects, mentor team members, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality deliverables while driving technical excellence and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Refine and scope upcoming sprint work in collaboration with the team
• Assist solution architects in designing technical solutions and breaking down complex tasks
• Deliver assigned tickets on time, ensuring they meet defined acceptance criteria
• Conduct research and investigations into emerging technologies to evaluate their project suitability
• Review code contributions from teammates to ensure adherence to quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless integrations and task coordination
• Work closely with QA to identify, investigate, and resolve issues
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, supporting skill development and task execution

Requirements

• 5–8 years of professional software development experience, with at least 5 years in Salesforce development (both declarative and programmatic)
• Strong Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) expertise, including proficiency in Omniscripts, EPC, and Integration Procedures
• Solid experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, as well as Experience Cloud
• Familiarity with Git or similar version control systems
• Background in agile/SCRUM environments with a history of delivering robust, scalable solutions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a team-oriented mindset
• High attention to detail coupled with the ability to work independently
