Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement scalable, distributed software systems using modern frameworks such as AWS or other cloud technologies.
- Lead the architecture and design of microservices and containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Contribute to the development of backend services using Java or TypeScript and scripting languages such as Python or Golang.
- Support production software deployments, ensuring stability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver innovative solutions that meet client requirements.
- Develop, document, and communicate architectural solutions for complex software products.
- Drive improvements in software engineering practices and deliver high-quality code.
- Engage with customers to assess their needs, propose technical solutions, and resolve technical issues constructively.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and propose their integration to improve product performance and maintainability.
- Contribute to Agile planning, tracking, and execution processes.
- Promote best practices in testing, validation automation, and deployment methodologies.
Experience Requirement:
- 12+ years of professional software development experience with a proven track record of technical innovation.
- 4+ years of experience designing and building cloud-based distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with AWS or equivalent cloud environments.
- Strong experience in Java or TypeScript and scripting languages such as Python or Golang.
- Experience with microservices design and implementation using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in deploying and maintaining production-grade systems.
- Solid understanding of public cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
- Experience with serverless computing, containerized services, and event-driven architectures.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Desired: Experience with data systems and analytics, and working directly with customers.
Education: B.Tech.
