Job Description (Posting).
Provide and support corporate Audio Visual Solutions to enable Qualcomm s business units to communicate successfully.
Align AV solution standards and practices, in order to ensure that systems perform at the highest level of consistency providing an optimum audio visual experience for our customers/clients.
Duties include Checking all conference rooms including MTR rooms daily, scheduling, and working with customers to meet their AV requirements.
Required to exercise good judgment in determining solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity.
Represents department in project meetings and is required to exchange information and coordinate/integrate project tasks with others.
Position works closely with other IT divisions, Desktop Field Services, Facilities, and Networking teams etc.
This position will encompass entry level audio/visual knowledge and carry the job duties responsible for providing Tier 1 and some Tier 2 audio/visual support.
In addition, support includes providing direction, training and general use of AV in QUALCOMM s meeting and event spaces.
AV inventory of all Conference room.
He should have knowledge of connecting VC call, audio call. Should be able to replace lamp & Lens in projector etc.
He should be able to do minor soldering work in case need. He should have basic knowledge of all type of Audio connectors, VGA cables, Audio conferencing, VC, Projector, Screen etc.
Possess an entry level knowledge set to assist in the productions for our onsite internal events and offsite external video production events.
Provide Audio/Visual systems tier 1 support as well as meeting support and end user training.
Supports Audio/Visual systems, new product testing/implementation
Administer field support problem triage/problem solution/resolution
Must be self-sufficient with excellent time management skills. Executive level customer service with the innate sense of urgency, diplomacy and effective verbal communication skills is essential.
Should have Good communication written,speaking in English, Hindi & local language."
Any degree associated with computer science or electronics background (1.) To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue (2.) To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time (3.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (4.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
