About The Role

Senior System Administrator will be involved in managing on-prem and cloud infrastructure, ensuring system uptime, security, user management, and supporting daily IT operations.

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage and monitor Windows Servers, AD, Azure Cloud VMs, FTP, and Virtual Machines.
• Handle user account & access management in AD/Azure AD.
• Perform OS installation, configuration, patching, and performance monitoring.
• Implement security measures, antivirus, and backup & recovery operations.
• Provide L1/L2 technical support for hardware, software, and login issues.
• Support Intune/Endpoint policies and Office 365 administration.
• Maintain system documentation and assist during audits.
• Coordinate with Network Administrator on network-related tasks.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of experience in IT system administration.
  
  

• Hands-on experience in Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure Cloud, and Cyber Security framework Implementation and Server Administration
• Azure Cloud Services & Azure AD
• Virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
• Backup tools, monitoring tools, and endpoint security solutions
• TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewall concepts.
• Running vulnerability scans to identify weak points.
• Applying patches quickly to prevent exploitation.
• Setting up logging and monitoring tools (SIEM systems).
• Creating a clear incident response plan for breaches or ransomware attacks.
