Senior Technical Lead - Java

Overview

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Senior Technical Lead with a strong background in Java and modern UI frameworks such as React or Angular. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in software design and architecture, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and DevOps/CI-CD practices. This role demands strong analytical skills to perform root cause analysis and drive technical excellence across the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable enterprise applications using Java and modern UI frameworks.
• Architect end-to-end solutions with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and translate them into robust solutions.
• Perform in-depth root cause analysis of production and development issues.
• Guide and mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to best coding practices.
• Drive adoption of DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure as code.
• Work closely with cloud infrastructure teams to design and implement solutions on AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical planning sessions.
• Ensure security, compliance, and performance standards are met across all solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Java (Spring Boot, Microservices).
• Proficiency in React, Angular, or any modern UI framework.
• Strong experience in software architecture and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
• Solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
• Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in AWS/Azure or DevOps.
• Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS).
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹1.00 per year
