Follow instructions and Test protocols with limited guidance from Design engineers during Test execution. Support/Own developing and Executing Test Procedures/Functional Requirements testing/Performance testing. Perform product testing, Validation testing, board bring up and electrical design verification. Diagnose, find root cause/Interact with core team to resolve board level design issues. Follow QMS, ensure good documentation practices. Works with external test houses (such as EMI, EMC tests for electrical boards and full device) to define the test scope, author the test plans, test procedures, execute & consolidate the reports. Support IEC basic safety, EMI-EMC standards testing. Develops and maintains an effective and corroborative working relationship with the team. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. To leverage design expertise to ensure that software and products exhibit user-friendliness, intuitiveness, and alignment with user expectations, contributing to the creation of seamless user experiences.
2. To lead a team of designers, provide guidance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality design solutions in alignment with the overall business goals.
3. To present design concepts and play a crucial role in shaping the overall design vision and strategy.
4. To stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies to drive innovation and excellence in design.
