We areseeking a Senior Technical Lead – System Test with 10+ years of experience in validating enterprise-grade software solutions. This role is pivotal in leading system testing efforts to ensure the production-quality release of our data encryption and security products across hybrid and cloud environments including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

As a technical lead, you will guide a team of test engineers, contribute to test strategy and framework development, and ensure high-quality deliverables across the encryption portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead system testing efforts across multiple product lines and features, ensuring high-quality engineering outputs.
• Define and implement comprehensive test strategies for both on-premises and cloud-based deployments.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive automation best practices.
• Build and maintain test automation frameworks using Python and related technologies.
• Collaborate with developers, DevOps, product managers, and support teams to validate functionality, performance, and scalability.
• Execute and manage functional and non-functional testing (performance, security, usability).
• Actively participate in defect triage, root cause analysis, and release readiness.
• Stay current with evolving technologies, tools, and frameworks to continuously improve testing efficiency.
  
  
  

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in system testing and automation.
• Strong programming experience in Python for test development.
• Proven experience working with and validating REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of test frameworks, CI/CD, and software development life cycle.
• Hands-on exposure to cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience in testing enterprise-grade applications in both physical and virtualized environments.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
