Job Brief
We are looking for a Senior Technical Lead who is passionate about building great software and helping others grow. In this role, you will guide a talented team of developers, make important technical decisions, and ensure our projects meet the highest quality standards. You will play a key role in shaping our technology, improving productivity, and delivering successful results that make a real impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor developers, helping them improve skills in Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Java.
- Review code, set quality standards, and follow best practices to make sure projects are reliable and high-performing.
- Take part in technical discussions, assess options, and identify possible risks before development starts.
- Work with stakeholders to set clear goals, define deliverables, and keep everyone updated with progress reports.
Qualifications
- Strong experience with Spring Boot, Java, and Hibernate.
- Good understanding of Microservices Architecture and RESTful API development.
- Skilled in performance tuning and optimization of Spring Boot applications.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools.
- Familiarity with Agile methods.
- Bonus: Spring Professional Certification or Java SE 11 Developer Certification.
