Education Qualification: Any graduation or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Position Description:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer with strong expertise in automation testing, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Selenium, API testing, SQL scripting, and in-sprint automation, along with the ability to lead teams and drive innovation in quality engineering practices.

Your future duties and responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated regression tests for web and backend applications.
• Implement and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage and optimize code repositories for test automation.
• Perform GUI and API testing to ensure application quality.
• Write and maintain SQL scripts for data validation and backend testing.
• Contribute to Agile testing processes and participate in sprint-based automation.
• Lead team discussions, interact with BAs and LOB stakeholders, and drive innovation in testing practices.
  
  

• Over 5 years of experience as a Quality Engineer.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Selenium automation.
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• At least 1 year of experience in automated regression testing for web and backend applications.
• Minimum 2 years of experience writing SQL scripts.
• Exposure to in-sprint automation.
• Strong experience in GUI and API testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to lead teams.
