Descriptif mission

Main Tasks and Responsibilities: Assisting in establishing and reviewing system and software specifications Preparing and planning test activities, including analysis, development, and documentation of test cases and scenarios Performing test and document test results Reporting test results and documenting test procedures Defining the requirements of existing and future software systems for software tests and test automation Validating of configurations and customer-fittings of our products for different aircraft types Maintaining and development of tools of production and testing as part of our aeronautical hardware platform Assisting in the design and implementation methods and procedures for testing and inspecting the quality level of products and equipment Recommending corrective action for procedural, product, or process deficiencies Continuously contribute to improve established testing processes

Preferred Skills: Successfully completed studies in computer sciences / electrical engineering / physics or a comparable study program 6+ years of experience working in a similar role A good working knowledge of Linux Particularly good test-planning, test-design, test-development, and test automation skills Experience in testing embedded systems Good command of test-process-optimization and selection of test methods are advantageous IP-Network skills (routing, switching, firewall, network services, tcpdump/Wireshark) are advantageous Experience in Aviation and Aviation standards like DO-178 is advantageous Knowledge of script languages, e.g., Python, Bash is advantageous Knowledge of different Linux tools: make, Subversion, Jenkins etc. is advantageous
