Your future duties and responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Senior Quality Engineer (QE) with over 6 years of expertise in manual testing, exposure to AI-driven tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality through rigorous testing methodologies, while also leveraging modern tools and platforms to enhance efficiency.

• Your future duties and responsibilities:
  
  

Lead and execute manual testing across diverse projects, ensuring comprehensive coverage and defect-free releases.

• Design, document, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts aligned with functional and business requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing to validate product performance.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to identify, track, and resolve defects.
• Utilize AI-based testing tools (good-to-have) to improve test automation, predictive analysis, and coverage.
• Mentor junior testers and contribute to process improvements in QE practices.
• Track, report, and communicate test results and quality metrics to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, governance, and best practices.
  
  

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 6+ years of experience in manual testing within enterprise or product-based environments.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, defect lifecycle, and QA processes.
• Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, ALM).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to design and execute complex test scenarios with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
  
  

Good-to-Have Skills:

Exposure to AI-driven testing tools or automation frameworks.

• Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
