Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Test Lead with strong experience in TOSCA automation and API testing. The ideal candidate will lead a team of testers, design and implement automation frameworks, and ensure the quality and reliability of software applications through robust testing strategies

Key Responsibilities

Lead the automation testing efforts across multiple projects using TOSCA.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reusable TOSCA test cases.

Perform API testing using tools like Postman, SoapUI, or REST Assured.

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA team members to understand requirements and translate them into test cases.

Define and implement test strategies, test plans, and test data management.

Drive continuous improvement in test automation practices and frameworks.

Mentor and guide junior QA engineers in automation best practices.

Participate in defect triage meetings and provide detailed analysis of test results.

Ensure timely delivery of testing milestones and quality metrics.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

6 years of experience in software testing with at least 3 years in TOSCA automation.

Strong hands-on experience in API testing and validation.

Proficient in test management tools like JIRA, qTest, or TestRail.

Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices.

Experience with CI, CD tools like Jenkins, Git, or Azure DevOps is a plus.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

TOSCA certification e.g., Tricentis Certified Automation Specialist

Experience in performance testing or security testing is a plus.

Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure and containerization like Docker, Kubernetes
